Self-service machine launched at Red Sea Mall
Saudia has launched a self-service machine at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah recently. This is the first time the national flag carrier is setting up such a facility at a shopping center. The move aims at reaching out to customers at places they gather. Saudia intends to establish such self-service machines in more shopping centers and hotels across the Kingdom in the near future.
The move comes as part of Saudia’s efforts to provide the best possible services to its customers to win their satisfaction by using all possible means. The installation of self-service machines at shopping malls and other public places will help customers save a lot of time and energy. It will help them get printouts of boarding passes 24 hours before their journey.
The self-service machines will help customers get Saudia services without the assistance of travel agents or Saudia officials. They can get boarding passes from the machine by just feeding the reservation number. Saudia selected Red Sea Mall for the service considering the large number of people who visit the shopping center every week. It intends to install one more machine in the mall shortly.
