Two million extra seats on the domestic destination

 

 

In this regard, a high-rank engineer Khalid Al-Melhim pointed out that the new system includes increasing in seat capacity on the domestic destination by one million extra seats and this increasing distributes in Riyadh regions, Jeddah, Dammam, Madina, Abha, Qassim, Taif, and other interior areas. From the beginning of summer season, Saudi Airlines will increase its flights between Abha and the different regions of Kingdom to (147) flights weekly instead of (103) flights with seat capacity of (19.390) in comparison with (13.145) seats in the last summer. Also, it will increase its flights between Qassim and other different regions of Kingdom to (40) flights weekly instead of (35) flights with seat capacity of (4.917) in comparison with (3662) seats. Also, it will increase its flights to and from Madina to (156) flights weekly instead of (133) flights with seat capacity of (16.694) in comparison with (12.874) seats weekly during summer 2010.

 

In addition, the new system includes increasing in flights between Taif and regions of Kingdom to (46) flights weekly instead of (39) flights with seat capacity of (5.346) in comparison with (3.520) seats in the last summer and that increasing will operate (40) flights to and from Hail instead of (34) flights weekly with seat capacity of (4.279) in comparison with (2.915) seats weekly. Also, increasing the flights between Baha and other regions of Kingdom to (28) flights instead of (20) flights with seat capacity of (3.630) weekly in comparison with (2.442) seats during summer 2010. . During the summer, the operation system includes increasing in flights and seat capacity between the different regions of Kingdom and each of Tabuk, Najran, Jouf, Arar, Qrayat, and Wadi AlDawasir to meet the requirements of this increasing operation during this period.
