As of 01/02/09 Penalty charges apply for "No Show" of a confirmed booking

 

As part of an ongoing effort to streamline reservations and reduce the number of empty seats, in order to provide a better opportunity for other passengers to benefit from these seats,
please be informed that as of 01/02/2009, 25% of the value of the leg of your travel (or SR 50 as a minimum) will be deducted if you have a confirmed booking and do not show up for your flight. This will be gradually applied to all destinations.

We would like to inform you that all flights departing from (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam) effective 1st March 2008

 

The closing time to check-in will be 45 minutes before departure time.

 

The last passenger to be boarded will be 15 minutes before departure time.
