Family Programs

The Family Program provides another mean for Miles collection. As a member of the program, you may nominate up to 8 family members to collect more reward Miles. They can be immediate relatives: wife, husband, mother, father, son, daughter (over 2 years old) and private driver or housemaid under your sponsorship.

You can nominate your family members for Alfursan membership and enroll your children aged from 2 to 18 years. Each will have their own Alfursan membership number and card.
Once your son or daughter is over 18 years old they can remain in your family membership but, alternatively, they are eligible to apply for their own individual membership.

Earning Reward miles

The Reward Miles your family Alfursan members earn are awarded to you, the full Alfursan member. Children in your family aged from 2 to 12 years earn 50% Reward Miles.

Redeeming Reward Miles

You can redeem your Reward Miles for Alfursan Rewards for one or more of your family Alfursan members and for your friends or colleagues.

Status Miles earned by your family Alfursan members.

Whilst your family members’ Reward Miles are credited to your Reward Miles account, their Status Miles, or sectors, are credited to their individual accounts to allow them to progress through the Alfursan membership levels from Blue to Silver and from Silver to Gold. Status Miles and sectors are valid up to 31st December of the year in which they were earned. They are eligible to earn the additional Status Miles when they travel in Business or First class cabins. Children in your family aged from 2 to 12 years earn 50% Status Miles.

Managing your Alfursan account online

You can manage your family account online. This includes checking who you have enrolled as family members, adding or removing a family member or changing a family member’s details. In every calendar year you can make two changes to your family membership details
