Reservations Cancelation

Customers who made their bookings from Saudia sales offices or from the call center and issued their tickets and would like to cancel their bookings and refund their money: They are kindly requested to visit nearest Saudia sales office. 

Customers who made their bookings from Saudia sales offices or from the call center and did not issue their tickets and would like to cancel their bookings: They are kindly requested to call the call center at 920022222.

Customers who made their bookings from Saudi Arabian Airlines website and issued tickets from Saudia sales offices and would like to cancel their bookings and refund their money: They are kindly requested to visit nearest Saudia sales office. 

Customers who made their bookings from Saudi Arabian Airlines website and issued electronic tickets from Saudi Arabian Airlines website and would like to cancel their bookings and refund their money: 

They are kindly requested to do the following:

a) If they are registered members of Alfursan:

   1- They should login to their Alfursan members profiles.

   2- Click on "My Trips", select the itinerary they wish to cancel and click display.

   3- On the booking display page, click on "Cancel Reservation" button.

b) If they are not a registered members of Alfursan, they should contact the call center at 920022222.

Note: canceling the booking by calling the call center or through Alfursan profile if the customer is a registered member of Alfursan, will cancel the booking only. Thus to cancel the payment process and refund the money, you have to visit nearest Saudia sales office.
