Hajj & Umrah Travel Conditions

In order to finalize your booking and related travel arrangements, Hajj and Umrah travelers are kindly required to contact the nearest SAUDIA office or travel agent approved by KSA Ministry of Hajj.

 

Passengers traveling with Hajj, Umrah and visit visa shall strictly follow the following instructions as per Saudi government instructions:

During the Hajj period from 10/11/1434H (16 Sep 2013) to 10/12/1434H (15 Oct 2013) , all passengers holding Visit Visa are permitted to entry Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via all International Airports (King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, or Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah).

Umrah Visa Holders should Enter or Depart from Jeddah, Madinah or Yanbu airports only without passing through other Saudi airports.

Umrah Visa Holders are NOT allowed to perform Hajj.

Hajj visa holders will Enter and Depart from Hajj Terminal (NOT the regular SV Terminal).

Hajj Passenger should have valid passport with a valid Hajj visa attached within the passport.

The last day for the Hajj Passenger to arrive to King Abdul-Aziz airport in Jeddah will be, Wednesday 04/12/1434H (09 Oct 2013G) at twelve pm EST Saudi Arabia.

The last day for the Hajj Passenger to fly from Jeddah to Medina will be, Monday 02/12/1434H (07 Oct 2013G) at twelve pm EST Saudi Arabia.

In the case of issuing tickets or boarding pass from Jeddah to Madinah, please ensure that the price is according to the Hajj prices. Making sure that the time distance between the arrival of the international flight and the takeoff of the flight to Madinah is no less than (5) hours especially during the last days of the arrival.
