*The redemption upgrade rates apply only for Guest Premium (Fare Code -Y) and Business Premium (Fare Code -J) tickets. For Guest Value (Fare Codes –O, W, B, K, M, H, L, Q, T) and Business Value tickets (Fare Codes – C, D, I) an additional 50% miles would be charged. Guest Super Saver tickets (Fare Codes – G, E, X, V) do not qualify for upgrades. An upgrade from Guest to First Class is only permitted when the aircraft does not have a business class section and only Guest and First Class are offered for sale.
