SAUDIA is proud to introduce OnAir Mobile & Internet services onboard its Airbus A330 aircrafts. You can use your mobile or smart phone to make and receive calls as well as send and receive SMS/MMS messages, and you can browse the Internet or send & receive information during the flight.
 

USAGE OF MOBILES

 

Making Calls
  1. Turn on your mobile device (standard GSM or Smart phone) as soon as the sign is switched off.
  2. The OnAir network name will appear on your mobile screen as soon as you obtain the network connection, and you may then use your mobile device as you usually do on ground remembering to dial 00 + country code + phone number.


Charges
Onboard communication will be charged by your home mobile service provider and costs are subject to onboard roaming rates applicable from your Service provider at international roaming rates.

 

USAGE OF Wi-Fi AND INTERNET ONBOARD

Enable the Wi-Fi on your laptop or tablet device and connect to the OnAir wireless network on your device.

 

Connect with Internet
  1. Launch your web browser and follow the sign up page.
  2. Follow the steps to select your payment plan. You may choose to pay with major credit cards, or you may choose to buy the Internet voucher available onboard through SkySales.
  3. Click on the connect button to begin, you can log in and out of your session as many times as you like during flight.
  4. You can use your same account information on other portable device.
