Introducing flights from Riyadh to Addis Ababa

We are pleased to announce that on 25th March 2012, Saudi Arabian Airlines introduced direct flights from Riyadh to Addis Ababa. Travellers now have the convenience of choosing direct routes when flying to the Ethiopian capital.

The new route operates between Riyadh and Addis Ababa three times a week. With the existing route from Jeddah operating four times a week, travellers can now enjoy increased flexibility when planning their journeys.

The largest city in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa is a diverse and politically significant city, and proudly referred to as the ‘political capital of Africa’, thanks to the many international organisations headquartered there.

Flights Frequency:

  • Riyadh to Addis Ababa: 3 times a week (new route)
  • Jeddah to Addis Ababa: 4 times a week (existing route)
